I'm kicking around a fic that's an OBVIOUS AU of S10, as it'll feature the whole team getting into trouble, with Sam and Vala in the forefront. It'll be focused on these two and their feelings towards the team dynamic and each other. Some kind of transportation technology could certainly provide a believable plot device to get the girls separated from the rest of the team.

Part of me would rather it was the guys captured in the cell and the girls get to kick ass to free the guys :P . But no, having them imprisoned together for a while could provide some interesting character bonding.

I'm not particularly fond of the idea of giving them super powers. I mean, hey, this is Sam and Vala, they don't need super powers to kick ass :P .

Well, this one's certainly... different. I don't know, it doesn't sound particularly like Stargate to me, but hey, Space Pirates could be kinda neat ;) .
