sat in a holding pattern...
we'll we're waiting on probate for the house. we've been told 4-6 weeks, so now we're looking at may/june before we get the keys. on the upside to all this, i should have the best part of £10k saved up for house refurb work by the time we get the keys.
work continues to suck. we move offices in a week and a half, and theres no way we'll have shifted all the kit out of the old buildings. and to top it off, the higher ups have discovered what is happening with the old kit (basically we PAY a man in a van to take the kit away!) and despite us complaining about what was happening with it for the last 3 months, we've mostly been ignored till now. but its a bit late now, we've cleared out 2/3rds of the kit already!
got a message from a couple of people on linkedin this week telling me about job opportunities, one of which was at cap1, which could be interesting... i've said i'm not interested right now, but to try me again in a few months.
home, we've not really been doing much. just slowly prepping for the move. been ill all week, got an awful cough that i just cant shake. off out with lucy and people for martha on friday, then mcbusted on saturday. hope i'm feeling better by then!
reet. suppose i should get some work done. sat in a teleconference, and it is mind-numbingly dull...
