Sooo what's new since I last posted....
Jeremy and I made up. Gurpreet called me the day after the fight and told me she had seen Jer at work. She asked him how he was doing and he said not so good, when she asked why he said "Because Amanda & I got into an argument and I really hurt her feelings. I feel awful." After I talked to her I caved and called him. We talked normally for a bit about our day then he said "Are you still upset?" and I told him I wasn't upset, but I was a bit hurt still. He told me that he felt so bad that he hurt my feelings, and he had never intended to. He said that everything he was trying to say had come out wrong. He also said "I think you feel like I'm using you for something, which I'm not and I never would. And I will prove that however I can. If it means not getting physical for awhile then that's what I'll do, because I care about you and I'd never use you." I was worried that he'd act different around me at work, but the next day we worked together things were back to normal. He saw me out on the ramp so he drove up behind me and grabbed my hands and held them while we talked. He also came up behind me and jumped on me later, lol. Last night I was waiting at the monorail with him & Justin and Jeremy and I started wrestling. I beat him up pretty good ;) The whole situation made me have a new outlook on things though. I realized that Jeremy is fun, hot and we have a great time together but not to get too emotionally wrapped up in him. Just to take things as they come and have fun :D
I had a crazy day at work on Tuesday. My day started off bad and just kept getting worse. It took me almost 2 hours to drive to work. It was raining really hard and the highway was starting to flood. I was 3 minutes late for work. Which doesn't sound that bad, but trust me, they don't take well to lates. I was also frustrated from being stuck in traffic for so long. The girl I was working with was so sweet though, and she changed my shift to start at 10:15 so I wouldn't be late anymore :) Anyway I sat at my desk and got down to work. By 1:00 I was finished everything I had to do for the entire day (keeping in mind I was scheduled to be there until 8:00) At 2:00 our duty manager called and asked me to step in as a lead for the night cuz it was gonna be crazy busy. Was it ever!! Due to the rain and bad weather pretty much all of our flights were delayed over an hour, if not more. People were missing their connections, having to over night in Toronto, etc. It was choas. Most people took it okay, but some people were dicks and kept yelling at the agents, so I kept getting called to gates to step in. Honestly... how can you yell and scream about a delay when it's due to weather. Especially when you look out the window and it's raining so hard you can't see 2 feet in front of you. I personally wouldn't WANT to fly in that weather! People are so rediculous! Anyway I ended up worked a 13 hour shift!! I was SO exhausted by the time I left. My friend Chris, who works in the ramp office, didn't get out until 4am! :O
Yesterday was much better. I was just a regular CSA so I got to do flights all day. I hung out with Jeremy, Kevin and Justin a bit outside since it was pretty nice yesterday. After all the departures were gone Jeremy came and sat in the office with me for a bit and we talked about our trip to Edmonton. Once he left I called Justin (who is a ramp supervisor) and we hung out for the rest of the night. We drove around in his little ramp tractor and talked. It was fun, not to mention that Justin is HOT! ;) We also sat in the ramp office with Boyd and the 3 of us just goofed off for ages, lol. It was a great way to kill the last 2 hours of my shift ;) We were chatting and Boyd said something like "I'm Amanda's fave supervisor because I'm the only one that hasn't hit on her..." and Justin was like "That's not true... okay ya it totally is" lol.
I have 4 days off now! WAHOOO! I earned it because I worked like crazy the past 3 weeks. I don't really have plans for today or tomorrow. Today my only plan is sitting on my ass and relaxing all day. I'll probably attempt to do some laundry and clean my room as well. Tomorrow I'm going to get a hair cut, well, a trim. I want to take half an inch off or so, just the dead ends. And I want my bangs a bit shorter cuz they've grown like crazy.
Saturday is my Gramma's 89th birthday party. I'm going to Kitchener for a bit for that. I have to leave around 5:30 though because Dan & I are going to see the Blueman Group, which I'm SO excited about. I've been dying to see them for years! The show starts at 8, and we might go get a drink or something after. I'm spending the night at my Nanny's in Toronto though because I have to get up early the night day. Why you ask?! Because I'm going to Buffalo to see the Patriots Vs The Bills! SO pumped!!! I'm going with Nikki, Jeremy & Justin. Jeremy is a hard core Bills fan and Nikki & I love the Pats so it might get violent, lol. Nikki and I made hoodies to wear to the game. They're SO cute :D I can't wait for Jer to see them, he's gonna flip! After the game we're hoping to do a bit of shopping.. depending on how drunk the guys get. I'm hoping they just pass out in the car and we can leave them there and do some shopping ;)
One last thing: Kristy & I went to the Queens on Saturday. We got SO drunk! We ended up going back to a party with these guys we just met at the bar. So a bunch of us are hanging out and whatnot and this one guy is like "Amanda you look so familliar" and through a bunch of questions we figured out that not only did we go to elementary and highschool together, we were on the same bus AND he & his buddy who was also there, are in my sister's program at school and they're good friends with her! Eventually i ended up in the hot tub with the hot guy that brought us to the party. So we're just chilling and he suddenly says "Do you want to go inside?" and I was like "Ya sure, I'm kind of cold" and he says "No, do you want to go inside.. to my bedroom?" and I was like "uhhh..." and he jumped up and was like "I'm gonna go inside and dry off.. I'll meet you in my room in 5 minutes" and he ran inside. So I got up, dried off and went inside, to the living room. I sat with everyone for a few minutes and then Brent, my sister's friend, asked if we wanted a ride back to Kristy's since he was leaving. We accepted and left. Then like 15 minutes later I burst out laughing, totally having just remembered that poor guy was probably still in his room waiting for me and I just left, lol. I'm sure eventually he came out of his room to find the house totally empty... Oops!
