“You’re going to WHAT?!” Toph shouted.
“I thought you’d be happy for me,” Sokka said disarmed by his friend’s violent reaction.
“And I thought that I was the blind one!” Toph retorted.
Sokka sighed frustrated. He didn’t understand her sometimes, and this was one of those times.
“Fine, I’m happy for you,” Toph admitted grudgingly. She picked herself up and started to walk away, “I need to be alone now.”
Sokka smiled, it looked like Toph was going to come around. He decided to go tell Aang the good news, that he was engaged to marry Suki. When he got to the dock he felt the earth tremble, like an aftershock of an earthquake.
