Guess I'll be a considerate son of a bitch for once and wish people well. Merry Christmas, people. Hope you all had a fucking blast with whatever the hell you were doing with your cheerful Yuletide time~
Yes. ...And also whenever we feel like it. One of the advantages of having a friend who's family owns a sake shop is that there's always a steady supply of alcohol that's ready to be inhaled by us whenever we're in the mood for it. ...Why do you ask? Don't you like to get drunk on celebratory days with friends also~? If you don't, then you should~ Maybe you can join us in our drunken debauchery next time we decide to booze ourselves up~ I promise, it's really quite fun~
I'll take that as a rain-check, then~ So...embarrassingly silly, embarrassingly fighty, or embarrassingly slutty when drunk~? ...Just so we know what we'll get to look forward to~
Nah~ No need to give me anything back in return. Just felt like giving one to you~ Consider it a welcoming gift on top of a Christmas gift~
Watching others turn ridiculous after they become shitfaced is always something to look forward to~ ...And to cover my bases, I'll just say all three~
You're an Okinawan. You don't count when it comes to the unsocial and unfriendly tendencies, since I feel a natural urge to be nicer and more interactive towards my fellow Islanders~ And I doubt I'm in any danger of being considered nice outside of those specifications. Everyone knows that our gang tends to keep to ourselves mostly and do whatever the hell we want without much consideration for what others think of it.
Nah. Unless we get more Okinawans, I feel no need to bother. I'm content with the friends I currently have. If someone wants to try and make friends with me, I won't necessarily be against it, but that'll be on them to make happen.
As long as you're willing to hold my hair out of the way while I vomit afterwards.
And you'll...go along with their efforts and maybe put in some of your own, since I know you can be friendly? Or will you just poke fun at them until they leave you alone again?
Sure~ Just try to avoid throwing up *on* me or anyone else. Of course, wouldn't be the first time any of us have vomited on one another if it happens, but I'd rather not need to change my clothes. ...Unless you think you'll be conscious enough at that point to remember me removing those clothes~
Depends. I've found there's some people that I just can't connect with even if they try to befriend me. So when that happens, I do just poke fun or argue with them until they give up on trying to act like we can relate to one another at all. Call me something of a realist for it, but I understand very well that not everyone is going to be my friend. In fact, I understand that most won't just because of who I am as a person. If people wish to be my friend, I won't reject them, but I also won't indulge them and pretend to be something I'm not for their benefit. ...I'm sure you think differently, though. And if that works out for you and makes you happy, then more power to you, my friend~ You can understand where I cannot.
I probably wouldn't be, unfortunately. You'll have to find some other excuse to remove your clothing in front of me.
Well, I hope that some non-Okinawan will come along at some point and make you want to befriend him. It might be a good experience for you to have to try to be nice to someone and put in some effort.
A pity~ But when you're from the Islands, it's not like it takes much of an excuse to take off your clothes~ If it weren't for the freezing weather, I'm sure you would have already seen me at least half-naked~
Like I said, I do have a few non-Islanders that I get along well with and consider friends. Jin and the kid above saying he's okay and not acting like a sad sack would be two that I don't mind. I also tolerate most of my siblings well enough. I'm even trying to make an effort to be understanding of Kuranosuke, even if we both feel awkward as hell about it.
And thank you for the small gift, Chinen-kun.

You're welcome, Rinnikins~

If I'd known, I would have gotten you something as well. Unless you'd like to request something now as a return gift?

I thought you were meant to be unsocial and unfriendly? Careful, Chinen-kun, if you're too nice to me, people might start thinking otherwise.

I suppose I'll have to be the black sheep Okinawan then in trying to make friends outside of your group as well.

Do what you want. There's a few others here that aren't one of us that I get along with well enough and like a good bit, but they are a minority.

Maybe you should follow my lead and try to make more friends yourself.
