Not even appropriate to use this for this context, the very people who were manhandled and mistreated seem to think they deserve it.

Actually, it's one thing to seek compensation for the dereliction of duty by the superiors and another thing altogether to stage a national revolt against a country's only defence force.

The country's defence force must still stand, that's pretty obvious and not negotiable. I would do the same even if I were head of the state. That's why I'm still a fan of "he who must not be named" even though some people totally disagree with him. He has a point and he always keeps his vision far and wide. Much as many would like to argue against, I don't think anyone could have done a better job.

However, I do think that this guy here does deserve some answers and lifelong compensation for the dereliction of duty by his superiors and for the partial disability caused to him. Come on, even a normal company would think about compensating an employee if a disability arises in the course of work. He probably needs to know who to go to for the reporting of this incident. I say give this young man his due compensation and then all can move on.

I'm fine with the wayang they called Defence Force just for the sake of showing off. Though everyone who's been thru it knew better what a farce it actually is, given the incompetents running the show and the unwilling conscripts forming the majority of the cast
