This meimei here, I believed, accidentally brushed against some Lau SPG with her schoolbag and she got whacked on her back in return by an umbrella, they challenged each other to summon the 911/999s. Subsequently this meimei and her friend got assaulted by the Lau SPG's angmo boyfriend (who looked like a wimp in the video to me, frankly), the couple tried to flee from the scene when the tide turned against them. Civil minded individuals took it upon themselves to detain the couple while waiting for the 911/999s to appear.
