抹茶 くず湯??
I bought a packet of 抹茶 くず湯, was wondering what I should do with it since it's starchy and gluey after I added hot water..
Do I need to mix it with that little broom or was it meant to be cooled & solidified into some jelly
Or do I just gulp it down and swallow it?
So I googled .. 抹茶 くず湯..
Doesn't sound really promising when I got the translation ..
抹茶 - green tea ..
くず - rubbish, waste
湯 - hot water
But !!! I found this 伊藤久右衛門 in Kyoto !! OH MY GREENESSSS.!!!
