can any one succeed in that field without proper training?
Well I'm sitting here on my computer and I'm watching a Seinfeld DVD on PowerDVD player and I just realized that I paid for that John Beck real estate program. basically it is a $58 program that allows you to see estates that are being sold off from the government for what is called, "pennies on the dollar."
From what I understand I can probably purchase an estate and live on it and rent out other ones. It would seem that it could be a great idea to start purchasing real estate now. At the same time it would allow me to pick up some extra money on the side. My sister is also applying for her real estate liscence. This could all really work out well for everyone. I don't know, hopefully this all works out.
This episode of Seinfeld is one of the better episodes. It's the airplane one where the guy gets sick and Jerry gets the responsibility of taking care of the guys dog. While the side story is George and Elaine are trying to understand how they would get along without Jerry in the picture. It's quite interesting and it makes me think about how people react when I'm not around and they really don't know eachother.
By the by though things should be going rather well at Blcokbuster. We have a new store manager named David. It's kinda odd while at the same time being refreshing at the same time. It's kinda odd how I reacte to jobs. I believe that react differently than most.
