long mop of puppet-looking hair
today has been shitty.
i woke up this morning, vomitted, and went back to bed. and then i had a one hundred and two degree fever and went through possibly the most painful ten hours of my existance.
not that i would complain.
but i had some wonderful independence day plans! namely, i wanted to make a cake. you know. the kind with the white frosting and the blue and red berries so it resembles a flag. maybe someone will come over and make one with me later. so i can have an independence day like i always dreamed.
this is probably just god's punishment to me for being a liberal.
i slept until now [8 pm], and my fever's broken, so i'm going to go to watch the fireworks downtown. although that sounds really like a lot of work. but it'll be worth it, i'm confident.
