I need technical help....

Me and computers go together like peanut butter and anchovies. I use NetGear for wireless internet service to my laptop. The problem occurrs when I connect my printer to the laptop, I lose internet connection. Is that possible or just a coincidence that has happened 5 times now. This never used to happen. Do any of you wonderful computer

Might depend on how the printer is connecting. Is the NetGear thing a direct internet connection, or is it just a wireless card connecting to a wireless router somewhere? Either way, if the printer is set up for point-to-point connectivity to your laptop, instead of both printer and laptop connecting to the same wireless router, one might be superseding the other.

Thanks Mat, I'll have to check that out. But it also happens if I attach any other device besides the printer.
