1) A pejorative term used to describe someone with a lack of social graces or otherwise outside conventional social norms; weirdo.
2) Someone who pretends to be a secret agent retrieving vital national intelligence files from a heavily guarded building while actually getting a stack of homework sets to grade out of the physics building before being ticketed for parking without a permit.
