I bought a game for PSP called "What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? 2" (It was originally titled "Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! 2", but the Batman people made them change the name. Funny that.)
I'm enjoying it. :)
You break blocks in the ground to make a dungeon for your maniacal .. villain? Demon-king? Uh.. over-the-top comedic dungeon-dweller. As you break blocks, some of them, depending on what was in the soil, will turn into either a mana-based monster or a nutrient-based monster. There's a food chain of these monsters, 3 different types, and you need to make sure there are enough of the ones below to feed the ones above. You're just trying to get this balanced, when a "hero" breaks in and starts roaming around, trying to find your demon king dude, and drag him out of the dungeon kicking and screaming.
There's a bit more to it than that, in that some monsters only walk in certain patterns, and you can also summon bigger monsters to fight, but 90% of the game is what I've described. Oh, and it's all in 2D low-res pixel art.
It's simple. Tricky. Over the top. Fun. :) And I've actually been able to play this one on the bus, which is a plus over some of the other PSP games I've gotten in the past..
