Christ, I am so full right now. One of my flat mates made muffins, and I kind of ate four of them. And they were such lovely muffins too. Big and yummy, with strawberries and little pieces of chocolate, and with vividly pink strawberry frosting, and little decorative bits of white chocolate and winegum on top. They were so wonderful. But now I feel kind of sick. Sick, but content.

One of my friends, Paul is his name, just made my day today. Out of nowhere, for no apparent reason at all, he suddenly started whistling the theme from Indiana Jones. I love how geeky my uni friends are:D Like, for instance we had a Star Wars marathon last weekend at Sigurd's place, just him, me, Paul and Celine, an it was wonderful. All six films (though I only got to watch the first four because I couldn't rejoin them on Sunday to watch the last two - the best two!), and it was great. And Sigurd had the softest bed in the world, and we had great fun fighting over gummy bears and pillows.

But, Julie, how could you let me go shopping for dvds so frequently this summer? Now, if a week goes by with me buying any new dvds, I feel incomplete. Something is seriously wrong with me. I can't afford to go shopping for new movies every week. Especially as there is no such thing as entering Platekompaniet just to glance over the movie section, and leaving the shop with less than 4 new movies.

But, yes, I got two free tickets for the pre-showing of Beowulf on Tuesday, so looking forward to that. Don't quite know who should be the lucky owner of that second ticket, but I'm sure I'll find someone. If any of you living within the vicinity of...me, and you really want to see Beowulf, now is your chance, by the way.
