(no subject)
So, life's been pretty good lately. Much fun was had at the Old Farm Luau, after a few initial setbacks:) thanks to John & Captain Morgan's. Wow, completely smashed middle-aged people are hilarious. Last night, I chilled with about forty little kids and the other guards at the swim team campout (I know, I'm the coolest), and tonight I'm seeing Vertigo in Bethesda. I've been spending way too much time at the pool lately. I got all 5s on my APs (yay!) and I just fixed some issues with my first semester schedule--I am now taking history instead of English (so much happiness!!) and I'm officially registered for ballet (which should be interesting). Things are all coming together and I'm having a great summer, but it still feels like something's missing. I don't know, I'm dying to go to college, but for some reason, I stopped being excited about it and the whole summer, although it's been fun, just isn't thrilling. I don't know, I just like to complain I guess. In 3 weeks, I'm going to California for the first time though, so that should spice things up a little:) Two days til Renee Fleming!!
