Ack, I'm a day late! Forgive me on that, I've just been super busy.
December 18th is just two days away, so I wanted to check-in with everyone on the status of their gifts!
Please respond to this post to let me know what the status is on your gift. Are you done already? Started on it? Haven't even gotten the idea out? Losing your mind on what to do? Please just respond with an honest assessment of how you think your gift is coming along! Whatever it is, I just need to know that you have every intention of filling your gift between December 18th and January 7th.
Also, this is the time to let us know if you cannot fill your gift. If something's come up, or you just know you cannot finish your prompt in time, please let us know as soon as possible - even now if you know. This is so we can find you a replacement to cover your gift. I really don't want to have it come down to that, and I definitely do not want anyone going without a gift, so please let us know as soon as possible so there aren't many bumps along the way!

If have not heard from you by December 25-26, I will try to contact you. If I do not get a response within two days, I will get a replacement, just to be safe. Please keep that in mind! And I realize this is literately on Christmas, so I can understand if you cannot respond quickly.
