so i'm thinking i'm going to stop writing in this thing. i barely update as is, although i'm not around anyone that would read this anymore, so maybe it will start to serve a more fulfilling purpose.
so this is what has happened...
i'm now living in austin, tx and i'm LOVING it! i love my job, i'm currently number one in dell's global enterprise in sales in my division...managers all over the world are taking notice of me, and asking when the first sales team draft that i would be available is and if i've made any committments to any particular team yet (it weird that its sales, but its kindof like sports huh). anyways, so work is going well, i'm loving it, and i'm loving the pay check even more.
other than that, i've made some great friends down here, but that doesn't mean that all of my yankee friends have been replaced (that's how the atx crew refers to all of you...you're the yankee's). anyways, my days are filled with work and doing what i can to stay on top of the game, nights are filled with hanging out with friends and relaxing, and weekends are full of the normal debauchery on 6th street and the warehouse district.
as for the personal life, at first i was going on quite a few dates with few different guys, none of them really caught my interest. and then andy came along. i ran into him at work one day, i was heading into round rock 1 after getting pulled out for a meeting in a different building, and he was heading to lunch. after eye fucking the shit out of each other we stopped and started talking. after exchanging names and whatnot i went back to work, and he im'ed me later that day (yes we have an inter im service at dell, i love it). so we've been hanging out a lot since, and things are going well between us and we're just taking it one day at a time. its kind of a joke at work about me and the "mysterious e&a boy" that works downstairs, and the intradell relationships in general...its like i'm working at summer camp again haha.
other than that, things are going great. if you want to know more, call me...i do miss all of you, and i want to hear all of your voices again. i'm trying to figure out a time that i can come visit all my spartans in october, hopefully around halloween...and who knows, maybe andy will be able to come with.
