(no subject)
Sorry it's been so long...apparently once a month is too hard for me too. :) Things are really good in my life right now, but nothing has really changed much. I'm glad to be back home for break...getting to see my boyfriend for more than a couple days in a row...and spending time with my mom and my daughter. Tonight I get to see a lot of my friends that I haven't gotten to see yet...ice skating...great :P and tomorrow is annie's party. I do miss MSU a lot though...but I'm not to excited about going back and having to study again. I did really well last semester which is surprising because I feel like I probably could have applied myself a little more to school and a little less to having fun. Although, I don't think I've ever studied as much for a class as I did for chemistry!
I don't have too much to update...so I stole something from two Jessicas' livejournals (thanks girls!) that I think will sum up the year pretty well!!
1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? umm...went to canada, ate a big mac (well a bite of one...those are not for me! :P), went on a "turtle run"...haha, i dunno...a bunch of silly stuff!
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year? i don't remember mine last year...and i'm sure i'll make one this year and forget it again!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Yes! :) To my beautiful niece Ella Mae.
4. Did anyone close to you die? No one close...but I think the death of anyone you know can kinda shake you up
5. What countries did you visit? Canada? :D ya gotta be careful of that uncoming traffic and becoming a 5!
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? hmmm...more money??? :P maybe a car that doesn't make funny noices and have strange quirks...
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory and why? hmm...dates are hard...feb. 11th for sure :)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Just learning to be more independent, doing well in school, really just being lucky enough to have the friends and boyfriend that i have!
9. What was your biggest failure? Maybe stressing too much about little things
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Oh, I'm so clumsy...I'm always injuring myself but nothing too serious yet...
11. What was the best thing you bought? maybe my camera? my old one was super ghetto...!! i'll try to do my best kel...mmerrrrnnnnooooart! :P
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My boyfriend, friends, family...everyone who I love and care about and are always there for me...and of course Amanda because I think she is so strong and just a wonderful person and friend
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? that's tough...i don't think anyone that i know...i think some of the actions of people i know surprised me...but i don't think they appalled me...well maybe ben affleck...because he didn't have a child with me??! :)
14. Where did most of your money go? Clothes, gas, anything pink and girlie and sparkley :)
15. What did you really, really, really get excited about? So much! Everytime I got to go home, everytime I went back to MSU, everytime I saw my boyfriend after two weeks, seeing my friends from home or school, seeing my sister this summer...just being with the ones I love after being apart from them for awhile
16. What song will always remind you of 2005? Any country songs...because that's all i heard ALL SUMMER LONG!

Happier? i dunno...i don't have anything to be sad about

20. How will you be spending christmas? I spent Christmas at home with my family...my mom and my brother adam and my brother Jason who flew back from nc :)

24. What was your favorite TV program? The OC, America's Next Top Model with the roomate, Laguna :D, Sex and the City...ohh, the nanny in the mornings :P and oh course Project Runway with the boyfriend...his favorite :P
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? spending your time hating and disliking people is a HUGE waste of time...!!
26. What was the best book you read? The Wrath of Canaan, Harry Potter :D, The Girl with a Pearl Earring...and my chemistry book! ;)
27. What was your biggest musical discovery? i listened to james taylor a lot...i'm not sure that's really a discovery though? but maybe it's different :P OOHHH...and anything yanni with mattie!! :P

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? I can't say there was anything that was honestly missing! Maybe when I'm at MSU being able to see my friends and family from home more often and of course spending more time with my boyfriend...or being able to see Corinna more!! and seeing my msu friends when I'm home!!!
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? hmm...fashion concept? lol, i'm not sure...girlie??

35. Which celebrity did you fancy the most? jessica simpson of course joannie!! :) umm...ben affleck and james franco...even though i don't like their movies...:)

37. Who did you miss? so many people..the hardest part of 2005 is that i felt like i had two seperate lives...one at home and one at state...and where i was i always missed the people in the other place...i defiantly missed my boyfriend and mom most though
