what a weekend...more full update will follow or perhaps an edited this post but wow...
started saturday night up in mt pleasant, sunday went to wrestlemania with the guys and kicked ass at trivia (even if i didn't know the answer 90% of the time my guess was right :P), monday had massive car issues trying to come home, then tonight i went to the bar karaokeing with kim and some other people and had fun...actually came out richer than i went in! i bought a cosmopolitan for $6 and didn't like it at all so a guy in my group offered to buy it from me, so i was like cool, and sold it to him...then i sang my first song (broken wing by martina mcbride, my group won't let me do any song until i do that one) and once i sang it a guy at the bar bought me a drink! but we have no idea who...he didn't want me to know who he was *shrugs* then i sang another song (raindrops will fall by tamyra gray, my audition song for american idol this past season) and a guy gave me a note with a five dollar bill wrapped up inside that says "never give up sharing your talents. they help make hearts happy! with respect, " and then some initials i can't read, but i was like oh man! that's the sweetest thing ever! and who fucking gets tips at karaoke!?!? anyways, i gotta get to bed...hafta work at 9am...blech...
