THE DAVINCI CODE:
great movie, but a load of b.s!!! it's got so many subplots that i got confused but luckily kris was there to explain it to me. i'm not big into doctrine but if i had known more about the davinci code and what it was about before seeing the movie, i might have joined those other churches in banning the movie. it was a really good story but i think it has the possibility to do harm on non-believers and people who are not strong in their faith. at times i myself even question things but i just know that one little stupid movie is not going to destroy my beliefs, although it may have the possibility to do that to others. i think it also portrays christians as creepy and cult-like at times and also portrays them as liars and deceivers. we are human and aren't perfect but i think that the majority of christians are good people.
anywho, those are my thoughts for the night.
p.s. where have i seen the guy who plays silas before? what other movies has he been in? he's sooooooo familiar!! (and creeeeeeeeeeepy!!)
