It has been a long six weeks or so. The end of the term got really hectic, with assignments due every two or three days. I only got through it because I focused on one piece at a time. There were definitely times when I thought about blowing off work (at my part-time job doing research) in order to get classwork done, but never did. I am pretty proud of that.
And I am generally happy with the research and writing I did. Although EXHAUSTED.
So after sleeping a bit today, I cleaned and packed. Tomorrow night we fly to Italy, stopping in Milan, Genoa, Cinque Terre and Florence. I'll be in Florence for nearly a month for my program.
