I feel like typing and wasting some time and avoiding my homework for a little bit longer.
Instant happiness. Of course, this is being brought on by my spinning of a Death Cab for Cutie cd. Anyways, it's 11:46 on Sunday, which for most of you is pretty early. I got up at 8:30 because I had to go to church at 9:15. It's not the best mass to go to considering I went to bed at around 3 or 4...I'm pretty sure it was 3, but I was kind of lost in my own world, half way between sleep and catching "Grace Kelly with Wings" in my headphones.
Did you ever stop and think about everything we come across in life and use everyday: staircases, the computer, cd player, subways, those walkways that are moving like in the airport, expresso machines? I mean, did you ever think about what the designers of these things are doing now or did after they created them? Who were they? What did they like to do in their spare time? How did they come up with the idea for their invention? Where are they now? If they died, how did they die? Sorry, I'm just wasting more time here. And in answer to your question...yes. I know I am weird, and that's cool by me. This was just something I was thinking about the other day. I also wonder about the creators of buildings I see every now and then that are very interesting, such as the Pentagon and that red brick building on the way to Guitar Center...I can't think of the street name...oh well.
peace and love
