The cat in my icon is Gilbert.
He is one of my babies and is about 32 pounds, but really isn't fat, but extremely stocky.
He walks more like a pitbull than a cat.
The base of his tail is bigger than a labrador, his genetics are a little freaky.
When Spartacus: Blood and Sand came out, I would think to myself, if gladiators were cats, they would look like Gilbert.
I started to call him Gilberticus
I try telling this to people, and they just don't get it, and think I am a crazy cat lady or something.
I think it is just hilarious, and envision him in a little gladiator suit with tie up sandals and shin guards, with a little helmet.
I just squee at the thought.
Some day I might make him a little suit of armor and take pictures.
I mean that Wilson cat on Facebook is lame, this would just be cooler.
I just thought you guys would enjoy this amusing little anecdote, and understand it like no one else would.
