Don't fret precious I'm here, step away from the window, go back to sleep
So anyone that knows me knows I love those terrible ghost shows, with the super slowed down sounds that could be ghosts talking. The cheesy ones, you know the type. Anyway, I was randomly watching some the last couple days, cause why not?
Anyway, I was walking to work this morning and talking to ace_hart like I always do. Suddenly the conversation is interrupted by a clattering sound, and I think she's dropped the phone.
Only what I hear next isn't Ace apologizing for dropping the phone. It's a deep, guttural laugh.
Okay, now I'm freaked out, but expect it to go back to normal.
It doesn't.
There are howls and squeals and static and what sounds like a car crashing and the squealing of tires, then more of that laughter, and what I swear sounds like a man saying "Burn, burn, burn!"
I freaked out and hung up and called back.
And Ace is just all "WTF, why weren't you responding when I was talking to you?!" And I had to explain that what I was hearing was definitely NOT her. It's been a few hours now, and I'm still feeling unsettled. I know that it was likely just a phone glitch. But seeing as I've been watching Ghost Adventures for a while.... I'm just really freaked out.
