Of these I suspect The King's Speech will win. It's the only British film (though others have Brit directors) and it got the lion's share of the nominations.
Best Actor

• Javier Bardem - Biutiful
• Jeff Bridges - True Grit
• Jesse Eisenberg - The Social Network
• Colin Firth - The King's Speech
• James Franco - 127 Hours

Firth is pretty much a sure thing here, for the same reasons as above really, plus he won the Golden Globe too.
Best Actress

• Annette Bening - The Kids Are All Right
• Julianne Moore - The Kids Are All Right
• Natalie Portman - Black Swan
• Noomi Rapace - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
• Hailee Steinfeld - True Grit

I very much think it'll be one of the KAAR stars. Noomi Rapace was good in TGWTDT but not good enough to win the critics methinks.
Best Adapted Screenplay

• Danny Boyle and Simon Beaufoy - 127 Hours
• Rasmus Heisterberg and Nikolaj Arcel - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
• Aaron Sorkin - The Social Network
• Michael Arndt - Toy Story 3
• Joel Coen and Ethan Coen - True Grit

Honestly don't know here, but Social Network is probable.
Best Animated Film

• Chris Renaud and Pierre Coffin - Despicable Me
• Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois - How to Train Your Dragon
• Lee Unkrich - Toy Story 3

Ordinarily I'd say Toy Story 3 hands down, but How to Train Your Dragon has done really well so we may see an upset (unlikely though).
Best Cinematography

• Anthony Dod Mantle and Enrique Chediak - 127 Hours
• Matthew Libatique - Black Swan
• Wally Pfister - Inception
• Danny Cohen- The King's Speech
• Roger Deakins - True Grit

I reckon this is probably the closest. I think Inception deserves to win, but I reckon it will probably be 127 Hours.
Best Costume Design

• Colleen Atwood - Alice in Wonderland
• Amy Westcott - Black Swan
• Jenny Beavan - The King's Speech
• Louise Stjernsward - Made in Dagenham
• Mary Zophres - True Grit

I'm not sure which of these will win, possibly Black Swan or Made in Dagenham.
Best Director

• Danny Boyle - 127 Hours
• Darren Aronofsky - Black Swan
• Christopher Nolan - Inception
• Tom Hooper - The King's Speech
• David Fincher - The Social Network

Very tough, hard to say which will win. It's honestly too hard to call.
Best Music

• A. R. Rahman - 127 Hours
• Danny Elfman - Alice in Wonderland
• John Powell - How to Train Your Dragon
• Hans Zimmer - Inception
• Alexandre Desplat - The King's Speech

I think Inception deserves to win this and it's probably the one it has one of the better chances of winning.
Best Special Visual Effects

• Alice in Wonderland
• Dan Schrecker - Black Swan
• Tim Burke, John Richardson, Nicolas Ait'Hadi and Christian Manz - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'
• Chris Corbould, Paul Franklin, Andrew Lockley and Peter Bebb - Inception
• Toy Story 3

Inception should win, Toy Story 3 doesn't even deserve to be here, what the fuck is that about? It's an animated film it has no special effects!
The Orange Rising Star Award (voted for by the public)[4]

• Gemma Arterton - Tamara Drewe
• Tom Hardy - Inception
• Aaron Johnson - Kick-Ass and Chatroom
• Emma Stone - Easy A
• Andrew Garfield - The Social Network

Kinda funny that all these actors are in comic book movies except Gemma (who was in a videogame movie). Anyway I think Hardy should get this one. He's a fine, charismatic actor.
