(no subject)
I am on vacation starting Friday March 14th and ending March 24th. I just bought a one way ticket from Cadiz back to Barcelona on the 22nd of March. I am not sure exactly what I will do with it but one way or another I will end up in the south. I think I will take the overnight bus to Madrid on the 13th, spend Friday and Saturday there and then hop on a bus down south. I will go to cadiz and surrounding areas and Tarifa...the southernmost tip of spain which is only like 14km from Africa. When there I might scope out how easy it would be to cross over the Morocco for a jaunt but generally I am just trying to chill so I don't want to rush too much. Ideally someone else (Catinca?) will do this with me so a car can be rented and more fun can be had. I am hoping the weather will be nice even though Easter is a bit early this year but if it is 65 degrees down there in February March will probably be even better.
I realize this weather is strange though so who knows. It has been really nice here too. In fact I went to the beach twice yesterday. Once in a tee shirt,barefoot, lying in the sand and reading and then later at night more fully clothed but with a bottle of champagne in tow.
I need to do some emailing but really I just want to watch the last two episodes of Californication and go to sleep. I wish Sunday was not over but oh well tomorrow I will make sure to have extra ridiculous and possible embarrassing activities for my teenagers to do in class. Nice to start the week off right.
