yay for new friends and whatnot
this weekend was great. Friday I saw Marc Pinansky at Passim's campfire fest. Marc was great.
Not sure how some artists are chosen. one act, Birthday suicide screamed about drowning butterflies in red wine. his music on his myspace is mellow compared to how he performed that night. horrible.
saturday i headed over to Julie's (reiki teacher) house in Dracut for a BBQ. I came very close to riding a jet ski and next time I will. smoked some weed. built a kickass fire. watched fireworks. ate a burger.
sunday i hung out with Tia at her place. got to see her hotel where she works. we went for a walk and then spent the night talking.
monday i cleaned and cleaned. mostly it feels like i just moved stuff around. but i got rid of 3 bags worth of books, 2 paper grocery bags of yarn and i found a home for my winnie the pooh rug (christmas present) and my yaffa blocks from college. packed up some clothes and need to bring those to the good will. hopefully soon i'll be able to have room for my reiki table.
tonight is pottery class which turned out to be kinda lame. i'll be glad when it's done. too many people in a too small space = an unhappy dru. plus i wasn't allowed to throw last week so i lost out on an entire class session and 6 pounds of clay i paid for down the tubes. lame. my class is a week behind the other 2 which means no more firing of the kiln. which means i couldn't throw. LAME.
bbw facebook Pete hasn't responded to my last email. sad. i don't know if i should follow up or not.
craiglist is equally not responding.
which leads me to think. what's wrong with me and what i am doing wrong?
stomach was fine all weekend except today. i'm thinking i'm having a reaction to negative energy. oh, i can't eat sugar anymore. that's a trigger as well.
