eastern bluebird
house wren
carolina wren
northern cardinal
american goldfinch
white-throated sparrow
northern bluejay
wild turkey
northern flicker - yellow shafted
downy woodpecker - female
black vulture
american robin
white-breasted nuthatch
tufted titmouse
carolina chickadee

i also went to the cemetary and after some research believe i had a pileated woodpecker that flew overhead. the shape was right for a woodpecker or a meadowlark. White on the wings as it flew. three possibilities: flicker, meadowlark, pileated. of course i forgot my fieldguide, but looking around online the only bird that flashes white on the wings in flight is the pileated woodpecker.

Also had a hermit thrush at the cemetary on Monday.

other birds i've seen while driving:
eastern meadowlark
red-tailed hawk
american kestral
sharp-shinned hawk
dark-eyed junco

photograhy, birds, missouri
