Why are People so Retarded?

I'm on lunch running some errands, walking out of Modell's (who btw does not carry sunglasses) when a group of screaming people catches my attention. Three men. 4 teenage girls. All freaking out over a bat. Poor bat just wanted some rest. Instead it had 7 screaming people all with their cell phones out snapping away.

"EEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!" One girl yelled out.

I check the bat to see if it's okay, roll my eyes at the lot of screaming people & go on my merry way.
