I like the story. I like Jack's logic. For some reason, though, I'm hearing Barbossa's words at the beginning come from Gibbs. They just don't seem quite as gruff as Barbossa. Humorous, though!

Haha, yeah, that crossed my mind as well, but I figure if you think of them coming out mockingly as only Barbossa can deliver it works.

LOL, brilliant. And might I say a fantastic way of ignoring the whole Will/Elizabeth/Marriage thing. And quite valid some might argue (including Jack).

Hehe, glad you found it amusing. Usually I'm at an alternate angle, but ignorence indeed can be bliss - so long as you acknowledge what you're to be ignoring as totally ignorable before hand, of course ;)

Oh yes, very right. As he would undoubtedly argue that he always is...by some complicated way or another ;) And he's sticking to the code as well - daddy dearest would be proud. Thanks for the comment :)
