This time I'm definitely back... maybe!
Well hello!
Once again a long time of lurking but no posting. I apologise! I said that I would post more when my life became more interesting, and although it has slightly, it just never occurs to me to do it. In fact last week I was really busy and life was good, mainly due to my birthday (which was lovely) and the beautiful ball the following night. But I'm not going to tell you about that, instead I'm gonna regale you all with an amusing thing that happened from last night...
So basically, me and Mark had just been to see The Constant Gardener (which is excellent/ace/brill - choose your adjective! Go see it!) and got back to my house to see a small group of people gathered round shouting "people of 23! Hellooo!?" And they said to us "do you know who lives in that room or that one?" and one of them happened to be mine, so told them, and the girl said "look, some c*&k threw my friends shoe in that gutter! I don't suppose you have any kind of long implement in your room...?"
So next five minutes involved me, Debbie and Chris laughing at Mark leaning out the window with his pool cue attempting to poke some random guy's shoe out of the gutter above my window (which was eventually successful and Mark was promised a pint which I'm not convinced is ever gonna come about!)
Hmm... now I've written that down it doesn't seem so funny any more, but believe me, it was at the time! I'm sure you'll all be glad to hear I'm gonna try and update on a more regular basis :p You can hear more hi-larious tales such as that one. (Except probably not because the next week is gonna involve much essay writing! But Jen's coming to stay - yay!)
