Getting raped is not a "consequence" of any action. If you don't want to go to a "naked chick drunk and high having an orgy" party, then don't go. That doesn't give you the right to tell other people they can't do that. I like those parties. She likes those parties. One rapist doesn't make those parties wrong.
His assumption that she was willing to fuck him was probably valid (implicit consent is another debate for another time) right up to the point where she said "NO" and pushed him away. Everything he did after that was attempted rape, and if he had succeeded then it would have been rape.
Did it occur to you that she consented to intercourse and/or oral sex with some of those people BEFORE she got drunk or high?
Not that it matters, at all, but... I was sober the whole time. I did not have sex with anyone at the party. My memory of the event is crystal clear and unimpaired. The cops were not called because she was embarassed.
