so would this venue be open to 18+ play parties? there is a need for a space that allows this and whippersnappers would love to do it, but 1763 does not allow under 21.

That is going to be one of its defining characteristics, I think. The only problem is that I think MORE people would attend an 18+ event than a 21+ event, and it's a smaller space.

I liked the venue, and the energy there was pretty great. The space was a little small, so it definitely couldn't be a venue for Whippersnappers or anything like that (unless they had special events there for strictly ages 18-23). The wine situation also made me a bit uncomfortable -- I do hope they pay better attention to such things in the future. I imagine I'll be going there for private parties, and maybe to some of the educational events, but I doubt I'll frequent Eris as much as 1763.

NTS: Visit Atlanta. I have a little over a year to still be totally psyched by the idea of a bdsm club that lets in under 21 year olds.
