Tragedy averted!
The amazing M hosted a game night, and my party favor was a bag of frozen blackberries. I know exactly what to do with blackberries, so today I made cobbler.
Then realized that all we have is chocolate cake ice cream.
Non! Ice cream is a must for cobbler. A run to the store was in order.
I feel bad paying BlueBell prices for plain vanilla ice cream, so I was planning on getting butter pecan or something. They didn't have any, so I went for meta-ice cream, and got Southern Blackberry Cobbler to go on my blackberry cobbler.
