Got home from walking the dog last night and as I was about to open the back door I heard a soft tapping noise. Looked up and saw a female Cardinal "attacking" a window. She'll sit on a branch a few feet from the window and every few minutes she'll fling herself at the glass, flapping and pecking. I saw her do this same thing last week at the same window.
She could have pecked the glass too hard and scrambled her little fluffy brains, but I'm pretty sure she's in a territorial "fight" with her own reflection.
Is it wrong to be totally cracked up by this??
