Dying

This is the proper entry. Whee.

University:
East Anglia was very nice.
Pros:
-Excellent both for English and Film.
-Lovely accomodation.
-Very nice campus-- enclosed, but close enough to the city not to be cut off.
-Can have a practical component in the film course.
-Chance to travel abroad.
-There is a park! And a lake!

Cons
-Up to three hours drive. Wouldn't be coming home very often.
-The English Lit. guy was so boring. I didn't take anything in. I think if you take the Lit/Film honours you don't have him, but I'm not sure...
-in Film, you don't study European cinema. Which is stupid.
-You have to study Titanic. AGAIN.
-I don't have a bloody clue what you do in English. If I go there, and I get that guy, I will probably develop manic depression.

General school stuff:
I've decided not to take chances, and study Photography in my own time. If Janie and Tim say no, I'll find out exactly what I need to do from Laura and Ayres and do it. They can't stop me, at least. And surely studying another AS Level entirely in your own time is a good thing? I just hope that I'll cope, is all :/

Personal statement coming along okay-- I'm doing what Kate said, which is to write everything, and then edit it later. Unfortunately, I've only covered what I like about my subjects, and I'm already over the limit. Sigh. It's not that fair, actually: people who only want to study one thing technically have more space to write in. Bitches :p

Just... stuff:
I don't think there'll be any school for me tomorrow.

I painted Sparky! So proud. It looks alright, actually. I might do some more painting tomorrow.

Dad might be getting a new car. Well, when he's a qualified driving instructor he'll have a new car anyway, but he's decided he doesn't want to take the test in his car, so he might be getting a new one. And as I get Dad's car when I pass, this means I will have a new car. Yippee! There's one over the road that he wants-- we know the people selling it, it's in good nick and it's hardly done anything. AND it's a Ford Fiesta. A purple one. JOY! :D

Um... yeah. That's all. Lost repeat is on, so I'm off. Later, guys!
