Happy Spring and almost Easter!!
So.. things are winding down pretty quickly in NM. I have entered my last quarter of teaching at my school and the next two weeks are state-testing which means I don't have to do much. In case you've been wondering, this year has been absolutely amazing. I love my students. It's been easier than I think it should be. We reviewed this week for the NMSBA and I was impressed. I expect big things from the kiddos this year, even more so than last year.
I will be returning to Kentucky in June:-)I think! The dates still aren't finalized. I have applied to UK's Public Health School. I have applied for an admissions counselor position at Berea College, I have applied for Residence Director jobs at Warren Wilson College, Hendrix College, and UK. We'll see what happens. If all else fails, I 'll be a teacher for another year- woo hoo! I'm just praying and I know what I'm supposed to do will happen when it's ready.
Ryan and I are on our last leg of a relationship I do believe. I read a quote the other day that said, "If you're not rushing, what are you waiting for?" I couldn't answer that question. I don't know what Ryan and I are waiting for. I haven't seen him in 4 weeks. I haven't talked to him on the phone in awhile. I do text him everyday, but it's more of a surface conversation thing. I thought he was the one- we were going on 9 months. I've realized he prioritizes everyone but me. He prioritizes his friends, his desires, and his family before me. I don't want a guy who drops everything for me, but within 4 weeks it would have been nice to see him once or twice. I know we live 2 hours away from each other, but we did it for the previous 8 months. Oh well, I think he's growing tired of me and I'm ready to find someone who give me the passion I want and deserve. Plus, I'm moving back to KY. Got to get ready for a good ole country boy:-)!
So, my bracket for the NCAA tourny is jacked! The only hope I have is if UK wins the championship! I've seen some really good games recently tho! Go Cats! Beat those Mountaineers tonight! Even though I do love me some WV. FYI... if John Wall and Demarcus Cousios were on my team- I'd be all over that! LOL!
