Ten Days on the market, and three of those were a holiday weekend. Mwah!
We got an offer on the house, and it looks good! We fully expected to have to come down on the price, but they offered asking price, so all other things being equal, it looks like we get to (nay, have to) go shopping very soon. I'm not looking forward to all the nuts & bolts of moving, not to mention trying to work out the closings so that we don't have all our worldly possessions sitting in a truck overnight, but that's all part & parcel of the whole thing.
Fortunately, I don't have anything on the road for the next couple of weeks, so I'll have a lot of availability for house hunting. On the other hand, I have a shit-ton of road work in July, however, so Neenie's probably going to wind up shouldering a lot of the packing load, alas.
Still, it's all very exciting.
