& leaving Okinawa to see the place where I'll be living next year makes me realize (with a lot of surprise) that this won't be my home for very much longer. 5 1/2 months, last forever.

PS, the reason that I never came on lj for the 2 weeks I was gone is because there was virtually no opportunity for internet access. Booooo. But, I'm back now. Never fear. ;)
