Someone called it Sin, right? The biggest of the monsters? Well... we saw it. NiGHTS and I. We're keeping our distance for now... I can't tell for sure, but it looks like somebody else has its attention at the moment. I wish we were in a position to help them, but...

What I need to ask is, are we sure, absolutely sure, that that's what it is? Sin

I have not seen it for myself, but that is what everything seems to point to.

But what if it looks like something... it's hard to explain, but I almost feel like I've seen it before. And its power...

I'm not sure myself. It's like deja vu. And it seems as if it's almost using Psynergy, yet it's not. Like it's different somehow, but still kind of the same.

What I mean is, Psynergy as it differs from what everybody else calls magic. It's different in my world than in others - that is, I can sense Psynergy, but the magic that Flonne does, for example, is different from it.

And what Sin has, what it's exuding, feels more like Psynergy, not magic. It's not precisely the same, but it's similar. That's why I wonder.

I saw pyreflies upon the death of one of the creatures. I have heard no mention of pyreflies being in any other worlds, and the behavior of the creatures is similar to Sin's.

Pyreflies? Are those the shining things the smaller ones give up when they die?

Then... maybe the smaller ones are from your world, and the big one is somehow from mine...? As much as I would hate for that to be true...

Doubtful. The behavior is too similar and the coincidences too many.

But - there has to be some explanation. I'm sure of what I felt!

I never said there wasn't. I only know that the large fiend is Sin, or meant to be it.

Hm. It would be best to keep away from it until there's a proper strategy.
