I know "Don't Be Evil" is (at least unofficially) Google's motto, but I think the fact that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM FOR SUPPORT FOR GOOGLE APPS counts as evil. I've been hunting for any way to call or email them for the last 15 minutes but their "Google Apps Help" section consists entirely of FAQs. Which are useful for some people, but not when something is actually wrong with your account. Which it is: I've never verified it, it's going to expire soon (so $10 will have been for naught), and there is not and has never been the "Verify Domain" link at the top of the Apps home page that the FAQ claims will appear there in big, bold letters until you do so. And I can't even try to get this done at work, because my work firewall blocks whatever you call it when you enter one domain (like www.thisisthedomain.com) and it comes out like www.google.com/a/thisisthedomain.com (is that what they call a mask?) and logging in using a domain name (user name: thisisthedomain.com ). That final dot-com seems to be the issue with doing this from work, anyway.
Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!1
ETA: Actually, hidden in the support message board (the one run by users, not Google) it says that if you purchased a new domain through Google, you don't have to do that as that verifies it automatically. Despite the fact that it did ask me to do so when I first got it (but was unable to.)
