Am masochistic mad idiot and have signed up for fanfic100. Doing Terry Boot.

I was planning to merely go insane for a month; this requires me to go insane for a few (even though I'm not going to work on this during NaNoWriMo, of course). I'm going to need a lot more tea.

Ooh, that looks fun. Either that or like something that could make your head explode. (Like

I think my comment died. Oh, well. I was just that I'd read them and I asked what kind of Terry Boot, and said that I meant to leave a comment earlier, but my computer exploded (not literally), and then compared the head-explodingness of writing a hundred fics to the head-explodingness of starting this journal to amuse a friend.

1. Lots of kinds of Terry Boots. I have five now. They're giving me rather major issues, but I love them all. Even the straight one.

2. It is rather head-exploding. I go back and forth between wanting to write all of the prompts RIGHT NOW and wanting to curl up in a corner until they go away. And the worst part is realizing that my absolute OTP is still open and I can't claim it if I've only written one Terryfic.

3. I may be in love with that journal now.

TERRY: Does his makeup in his room, douse himself with cheap perfume . . .

Love!

What's your OTP? (I've totally given up on having a Harry Potter OTP because I changed it almost every week. That, and since writing Terry/Snape, Draco/Fenrir, and Draco/Charlie ficlets for various friends, nothing seems improbable anymore . . . Not to mention the Snape/Jesus someone sent me last week. Heh. But I still have a non-so-secret secret love of Ron/Draco. But my non-HP OTP is and always will be Holmes/Watson. Because I'm truly odd.)

I can't believe that my only real excuse for creating that journal was so that I could use the icons I made. But it's fun.

Five? Really? What are they like?

And now I will try to stop putting off that paper I have to write . . .

My Terrys sort of only exist as vague ideas. I have a quiet one who'll end up with Anthony Goldstein (I think), a fun one who's with Susan Bones, one who has a kind of odd relationship with Blaise that I can't quite classify, one who has an unrequited boycrush on Harry, and an angsty one who has no lover. (But that is not why he is angsty.)

My OTP is Ewan McGregor/Hayden Chistensen. I couldn't possibly pick just one in the Harry Potter fandom, but Ewayden is horribly addictive.

Also, putting off papers is the whole point of Livejournal. :)

I feel a bit bad for ignoring this one, though, because: a) It is due Wednesday night, and b) it is kind of slashy. (Well, it's about Queequeg and Ishamel's "marriage" in Moby-Dick, but . . . Well, that's about as slashy as schoolwork gets, sadly.)

Ewan/Hayden . . . Yes, it has definite appeal. (But I have a weakness for Ewan McGRegor/Jonathan Rhys Meyers, I think . . . Then again, anyone/JRM is definitely appealing. I also mentally slash David Bowie. Too often.)

That's what I like about the minor Harry POtter characters---They can be just about anything.

Well, any opportunity for slash in schoolwork should be seized, then.

They can be just about anything.

Yes, that's exactly why I chose Terry. And that's true in any fandom, but Potterites take advantage of it the most.

My love for Ewan/Hayden really stems from my love for Anakin/Obi-Wan. It's a bit like Ani/Obi, but with more sanity and possibilities. But I'm growing fonder and fonder of Eric Bana/A banana!
