I just wrote a very scathing (yet professional sounding) email to the manager guy, which made me feel a little better. I doubt he'll read it, as I'm convinced that he didn't read my initial complaint letter, but maybe the "I've filed complaints with the BBB and my credit card company, and I'll be sure to tell other repeat viewers of the show that we're unwelcome in Vegas" will make him think a little. Or maybe not. Whatever. It made me feel a little better, and that's all I care about. Feel my wrath, Mr. "I can't be bothered to read complaint letters and I'll just send out canned responses that don't address anything and hope that people are stupid enough to realize that I didn't respond to their concerns" Gagarin. :P
I know! There are a lot of people who have seen Phantom more than once; I remember an interview with Anthony Crivello (Vegas Phantom) I read a year or so ago, and he was waited on by some girl who said that she had seen the Las Vegas production a hundred times! THESE PEOPLE EXIST! I KNOW THEY DO! You'd think that they'd be aware of that too. :P Well, they've definitely lost this repeat customer - though from their cavalier attitude, I doubt anyone cares.
