Just watched Tin Man. Overall, I liked it. It was certainly a different take on the Wizard of Oz story, although the sequel that my friends made me watch was totally screwed up and different too. Alan Cumming and Zooey Deschanel were awesome as usual.
The evil big sister totally had the skankiest nightwear ever. Also, I kinda felt like the whole time, they were setting up Kane to be DG's knight in shining armor. The roommate assures me that he is too old for such shenanigans, but I dunno. I could totally 'ship it.
Last night's Dollhouse was pretty awesome. Seriously, if you haven't watched the show yet, I recommend it like, a lot. I know it starts off slow, but so do all of Joss Whedon's shows -- don't get me started on the two-hour pilot of Firefly that I've seen freakin' FIVE TIMES now because people kept wanting to see it. Whedon's great at the gradual build-up to a seasonal climax, and I'm sure the finale of Dollhouse next week will be no exception.
