Huh. I always thought violet eyes were a myth. Good job,
Lenora Crichlow.
I love the play on words they have in the show -- death's door. It's awesome. Furthermore, OMG sad when Annie's door shows up in the house. And HOLY CRAP, MITCHELL.
Seriously, I love this little show to pieces. Pieces, I tell you. The bit where the cop says "We're going to need a different form..." when Owen's babbling about werewolves, ghosts, and vampires -- it's fantastic. And a little creepy, like -- I wonder if the cop at reception told Herrick where George, Mitchell, and Annie live.
Two things of note:
1. It's kinda delightful what prime-time TV can get away with in countries that aren't this one. Sex, violence, gore, swearing, F-bombs -- I love it.
2. Wow, there was never that much blood involved when vampires got staked on Buffy. But then, these vampires can walk in sunlight [and not sparkle, take that, Twilight!].
