While working at SCAF today I managed to single-handedly prolong our meeting by an hour as I unsuccessfully argued my point of view against the whole (minus Adrain) of the SCAF council. At one point, there was a list of my idea with my initials over it. That was also the point when I had the support of half the council (of course two of the members were at the bathroom). All the adults at the office were happy that I was standing my ground. And entertained when I managed to work a few Katrina jokes in while talking about hurricane relief organizations.
We ended up just accepting the vote that outnumbered me 8 to 1 and calling it a day. I ended up with one less hour to do homework, but I think it was all worth it.
