I have a fetish for hands.
Not excessively large giant hands but strong, thick fingered, well manicured hands. I can tell the age of a person just by looking at their hands. Digits do not lie. Rough hands can be translated as bad care or associated with manual labor. Dirty finger nails...I think is self explanatory. And many more. I never realized before but it's the second thing I look at after posture.
