4. worked out for 2 hours.. and the burn was wonderful.. i mean.. really.. for those of you who have been to my house.. and come upstairs.. and have seen/made fun of/ made me demonstrate on the "leg stretchy thingy of death" (the I-Flex).. i did that for like.. 20 minutes each leg.. and chair splits.. and 4 inch splits.. i feel like a noooooodle
5. Watched the end of the last Lost episode that i taped (ahh.. jewels.. the bald guy is freekkin me!..i so thought shan was dead)
