Baby time is over!
Ok, I'm going to stop being a baby. Yes, I use this journal as a personal journal...but I just like hearing from all of you b/c that's what makes it fun! But I'll understand if I don't get too many comments and try not to make that big of deal about it. I guess why I felt miffed is b/c I really don't have any mom friends...not ones that I see and talk to everyday and so I feel as if all of you are my girls, ya know! :D
Ok, so the boys didn't have school today---and I was supposed to sub but all the snow cancled everything. It's nice to have a snow day but it's pretty cold outside and the boys are a little crazy today! Ugh....I need to get the mail but either it's snowing a LOT or the wind is blowing snow all over the place. I don't know if I feel like venturing out or not. I can hear the mailbox calling me though!! lol!
I forgot to mention that I've read Book #2 of the year...quite a long time ago and it was "Anyone But You" by Jennifer Crusie...it was pretty good and a light hearted read. I would recommend it to anyone who likes dogs and is in the mood for a little romance. :D
Right now I'm on Book #3, a doozie w/almost 1000 pages...I think that I'll keep track of pages too b/c that counts as well. I think that Misery had like 300-500 pages and Anyone...had like 200....So my #3 book is by Anne Rice (love her!!<3) and it is "The Witching Hour". I'm on page 52 and am really into it as well. I'm also thinking of including the text book that I had to read! lol but I will only count books that I want to read!! :P
I'm doing some major cleaning today! I want my entire house to be spotless for a change...it always seems like there's at least a room or two that is a work in progress, esp when it comes to the boys' room and their bathroom!! Plus clean laundry that needs to be folded and the never ending pile of dirty laundry and the never ending dirty dishes that are constantly breeding!! lol!!
