I'll say it again, I love narrow sided cinchers. Making this piece just for the fun of it whilst waiting on the return of some toiles. Working on my technique with charmeuse. Yes, its a slippery nightmare and duchess is preferable, but often the colours available are irresistible. I'm currently working through my fabric stash in a bid to create some new RTW pieces and make some space in my workroom, so there'll be more loveliness to come.
Dreamed last night that I was blind. Scary, horrible dream. But woke up to a beautiful day. Blustery, sunny, with dandelion clocks blowing in through the bathroom window. At a distance the clumps of seeds look kind of like frog spawn.
And now, a cup of tea :-)
